So sorry for this loss for his family and friends. I met him through dancing, and he was very much a "gentle man". This poem (not authored by me) reminded me of him.

God saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb,
So he closed your weary eyelids
And whispered, "Peace be thine."
My condolences to the family and friends of Marshall, I will always remember him as a great dancer and a kind individual.
Marsh was a good friend and colleague.
We are very sad to hear of the passing of Marshall. We remember many laughs and stories on the beach and around the campfire at Calling Lake. How kind Marshall was to all animals. We always knew, if our little dog "Oreo" was missing for a few extra minutes - he was likely scamming an extra treat and snuggles over at the Dmytryshyn cabin!!! Always a smile on his face - and a few blueberry's in hand - we will miss Marshall's wave and hollar of "hellooo" . Peace and hugs to your family at this time.

Marsh was a good friend, confidante and I will miss him!! A lot!!

I was so saddened to hear of Marshall's passing and I am sorry for your loss of such a great man. I have many fond memories of Marshall and my dad (Paul Woods) at Calling Lake. When my dad passed away in 2000 it meant a lot to me that Marshall was there. The only comfort for me in this is to think of them together now on the other side of this life.
Again we are so sorry for your loss and know that we will miss Marsh and the joy he brought to so many people.

Dear Teresa, Travis and extended family:
Sincere condolences as you mourn the loss of your father, Marsh. I have fond memories of him, having met him at the PSC where we both served on the executive a few years ago. I will miss his e-mails, phone calls and seeing him about at events. He was also an excellent dancer and enjoyed doing a fast polka with him. Gone too soon from this world but will treasure the memories!
Rest in peace! Jan Miller
