My condolences to Gaetans family, he was a very nice man and I worked with him for many years. He was alway pleasent and easy to talk to.

My sincere condolences to the Foisy family. This news came as quite a shock for many; those of us who had known Gaetan knew that he was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. His positive energy, bright smile and sense of humour made him the definition of just a great guy to be around. He will be surely missed by all.

No words could ever express how deeply sorry we are, our prayers and thoughts are with the Foisy family. Gaetan showed and believed in incredibly strong traditional family values, he would also show these same feelings and values towards his friends. I knew and worked with Gaetan for 15 years, he loved his jokes and his HABS. Gaetan and I played a joke on a worker, Gaetan would go through the shop and ask the worker in the shop if he saw me, then come outside and I would go in asking him if he saw Gaetan, his reply each time was “he just went through”, the worker would run outside and try and catch us. Gaetan and I were outside laughing like mad around the corner, all three of us laughed when we told the other worker. When they removed the carpet in Gaetan's office and put in a tile that looked like sand, I brought in a beach mat and a pail with a shovel in it for him to play with, he left the mat on the floor for a couple of days laughing. Gaetan was a truly remarkable man, he would be the first in line if someone required a helping hand, or an ear to listen to. He was very well liked and well respected. His smile and INSANE laugh will be sorely missed…. And never will be forgotten!!!!

It was a pleasure calling Gaetan Foisy..

Gaetan's laughter and positive attitude will be missed by his ESSO family; whether we were Habs fans or not.
