I did my Masters in Secondary Science education at the University of Alberta from 1980-82. Ted was a phenomenal inspiration- probably the greatest teacher I have ever had. It was an honour to know him. Thanks, Ted.

Such a wonderful teacher and scholar. So sad to hear of his passing. A great writer of curriculum theory. I used his work in my own work. Deepest sympathy to his family and to the field of curriculum studies.

I knew Dr.Aoki as MR.Aoki, my Social Studies teacher for grades 10,11, and 12 at Lethbridge Collegiate Institute in the 1960's. I had always wanted to be a teacher, but it was his passion for teaching that inspired me to choose Social Sciences/Social Studies as my field. I worked very hard to honour his teaching of me in my teaching of my students for over 40 years. I am very sorry to have just found out about his passing.

Harry - We were so sorry to read about the death of your brother. I tried to send a card but it was returned because
I sent it to the Tisdale address. Please take care of yourself.
