I have very fond memories of Janice during my visits to Edmonton and I am deeply saddened by your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
December-08-12
I first met Janice at the Knottwood Playschool where as you can imagine she was "volunteer & friend extradronaire". Janice will always be remembered for the energy she brought into the room. Her love and loyality to her family, her friends, her business and her community were evident in everything she did. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Janice. She was a role model in values and ethics and always led with those in mind. Although her suffering is over, there are not enough words to express what a terrible loss this is. My gratitude goes out to those that cared so lovingly for Janice over the past year, as I know that this has worn on you as well. I hold wonderful memories of Janice close to my heart. As your family grieves, may you find comfort in all those wonderful memories that Janice has left behind for you to cherish. Janice,.....until we meet again, I will be watching for the "First Ever Fundraiser Held In Heaven" as I am sure that you have already signed up on the committee. I will miss you, my friend.

Jan will truly be missed as a wife, mother, sister, friend, and cousin. Time will heal but the lovely memories that were made during her lifetime will live on forever in our hearts. Take comfort in those memories.

My deepest sympathy to all of the family. I always think about you all

My deepest condolences go out to the entire family of Janice especially Robin, Julie, Patti and Lindsay. I remember Janice as the most generous, kind and compassionate woman. She was always smiling and I loved her bubbly personality. Her love for her family was unconditional.

She always comforted me and even cried one time with me whenever I missed my children. Every time we talked about my family back home she would always assured me that we will be together soon. She showed and made me feel that I was part of their family.
I will always treasure the time I spent with you and your family and I will never forget how blessed I am to have you as my first employer here in Canada for 6 years. You were the greatest employer that any employee could ever ask for. I learned so much from you, Janice. My heart hurts so much and is in deep of sadness but I know you are in a better place now. I will be forever grateful that once in my life I met a wonderful woman. She will be greatly missed but never be forgotten. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as well as Robin, Julie, Patti and Lindsay.

Janice, even though it has been way too long since we last saw each other, I carry fond memories of some of our visits at our Skuba reunions. Our family's thoughts and prayers are with you Robin, Julie, Patti and Lindsay. God Bless.
Ken Skuba and family.

My deepest condolences to Jan's family and friends. I remember Jan from University days, pharmacy functions and, most recently, working together on the Pharmacy Alumni Association. Jan's smile, energy, welcoming nature and willingness to help with events, etc. are fondly remembered. She will be missed but will never be forgotten.

Sincerely, Karen Smilski
