Auntie Marie, Pam, Brent and extended families, I wish there were words to make the pain, sorrow go away. You all can take comfort in knowing that he's now with friends and family watching down on all of you and pain free. Uncle Jerry was truly an amazing and fantastic man. I will cherish all the many memories. From when we were little and him spoiling us with toys and candy, (then spoiling my kids), when help was needed one could always call Jerry, all those special "Fun Day - Sunday's" afternoons at mom's having vodka shots with Larry and Jerry, to the River Cruise that we all went on last year. So many laughs and good times. Taking care of his sister when she had her stroke at the Hospital last year, what a great brother you were - Mom is really going to miss him as well.
Days go by and tears keep on flowing and still in disbelief Uncle Jerry that you have left us, I miss him so much. To hear his belly laughs, jokes, enjoy that beer or rum with him would be amazing. Obviously heaven needed a good man, so I say goodbye to my dear uncle and my friend. I'm sure you are reunited with Baba/Geido, Dad, Andy, Larry and everyone else that you have met along your journey.
Till we meet again ... Hugs!

To Marie and family,

Shock and grief when we spoke that Saturday evening!, I still cannot believe Jerry is gone. He was so grateful of you and your family for letting him be at home and was optimistic the outcome would be good. I will cherish all my memories of Jerry from our school days. He would get that smirk and his eyes would be full of mischief and you knew he would say something that always brought joy and laughter. Jerry was a great person and fellow classmate - kind, helpful and fun to be with. I am lucky to have crossed paths many years ago and for the get-together lunches these past few years with other classmates. Heartfelt condolences to all your family. Cherish your many memories and I hope these give solace in the days ahead. You had a great husband, dad and grandpa. You now have your special angel looking after you.
Rest peacefully Jerry and thank you for your friendship . You will be missed!

Dear Auntie Marie, Brent, Martha, Pam, Kevin and the grandchildren.
Uncle Jerry was my favorite Uncle. I have very fond memories of him coming home to the farm, the trips to Yellowknife, Fort Smith and Hay River and the summer vacation trip to Ottawa, ON. Uncle Jerry had the kindest heart and he would spoil us (Dale, Gale, Janice and me) when he came home. He always had a joke or more to tell, his laughter was contagious. I am greatul to have gone on two trips with Uncle Jerry and Auntie Marie in the past years, one to the Ukraine and recently on a River Cruise and we had had an awesome vacation. I will always love Uncle Jerry and miss him dearly. Hugs and Prayers to all of you.
Love, Patricia and Ron
