I considered Joan a friend, I always got in touch with her when I visited Edmonton, and she usually had my whole family out to her house for dinner, She sold houses to both of my sons and they always used her as their realtor. She was my husbands' cousin and we will miss her.

I am truly shocked and so sorry to hear of Joan's passing.
The first time I met Joan was when our boys were young and hung out. We became friends when I started working at Coldwell Banker in 1998. Joan was such a hard worker. She did an awesome job raising her 4 young boys on her own. Although I hadn't seen her in a couple of years. I still considered her a friend.
Please accept my sincere condolences.

Joan was my landlord. She has always been so nice and giddy and so helpful we'll miss her very much.

Joan was a neighbour that carried wisdom and fun in the palm of her hand. My condolences go to her family and many friends.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about my cousin Joan's sudden passing I had not seen her in a long time but we met up again at Aunt Jean's wake and funeral. We had a lovely chat about the past and we shared how our lives were now. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren and she enjoyed her job as a realtor .Rest in peace Joan.

Fondly remembered by your cousin Arthur. May you rest in peace and in the hearts of your family.

First time I saw Joan for 30 years was recently at Aunt Jean's funeral. We were all quite happy to see each other and had enjoyable conversations. Something about being cousins doesn't seem to diminish distance and time. Would have been nice though to have had more contact, in retrospect. My condolences to all her family. It is truly sad.
