Dear Claudette, I was so sad to hear Marcel has left us. He was always a good neighbour and friend.

There is no love stronger than what a love a father has for his daughter. That love last many lifetimes. Here and above. Forever
So sorry Claudette for your loss.

I am sorry to hear about Marcels passing. He never asked for anything for himself yet was always ready to help someone else. A truly great guy.

Claudette and family, my sincere condolences on the passing of your father. He was such a nice man and YES very helpful to the community. I know for a fact that he had helped me with shoveling at my father's house where I grew up (2 houses down) when I was not able to get over there as I was living at the other end of town. When you would visit your father we had hung out together in the west end and I recall that you were in a band (the Drum and Bugle?). There was never hesitation he just did whatever had to be done and then some. I was working at Holy Cross Cemetery in 2017 when I recognized your father and had a quick chit chat and he remembered me which was very nice. He was as usual helping a lady with some matters at the cemetery. I am now working for a memorial company in Edmonton and if there is any thing I can assist you with please let me know. Also if I may I would like to attend the celebration for your father as it would be nice to see you after all these years. I will find a way for us to have contact, please take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Sorry for your loss, Claudette. My memories of Marcel are from working with him at 7CFSD.
