ARENDS, Nina
January 20, 1929 – May 12, 2018
It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved mother and grandmother, Nina Arends, who passed away and went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on May 12, 2018 at the age of 89 years.
She leaves to cherish her memory; son Michael Arends, daughter Tammy Arends, son Sheldon (Jennifer) Arends; grandchildren Analyse and Dakota Arends of Airdrie, AB; brother Sandy Johnson of Camrose, AB and numerous relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her son Dwight Arends and her parents Martin and Maria Johnson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Community Church, 8704 Mill Woods RD NW, Edmonton with Pastor Lyle Johnson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Emmanuel Foundation, https:/ /www.efoundation.ca or a charity of one's choice.
