I just found out about Rays passing. I have known Ray for a long time and i am very saddened. Ray was a quiet person, stuck to himself a lot, minded his own business and never said anything bad about anyone. He worked many hours during his time with the union and was enjoying his retirement years. was a good person and will be missed by people who knew him.
