Dear Richard, I am so sorry and shocked to discover your passing. So many good memories over so many years starting with fireworks from your Kitsilano apartment. Your smile, good humour, energy and generosity made all our lives better - I will miss you greatly.
Best wishes and condolences to R2 and Sheila.

I just heard of Richard's passing and I was so saddened by the news. Richard was my "go to guy" for support and help for oh so many years. He always provided great insight and I so enjoyed working with him. He taught me so much and will be missed.

I'm so very much saddened to learn of Richard's passing. We spent many good hours of meetings at Greek restaurants when he came to Chicago for visits to United. I always enjoyed hearing about his family, his trips, and his life. He was always joyful and spirited. Last year when I emailed -- suggesting a trip out to Vancouver -- he replied "Getting together would be a JOY. I would love to meet Mary and have you meet Sheila. They must both be saints!"

Was just informed today of Richard's passing. I am so sad. Richard was a mentor to me which started when he taught market research at BCIT. We kept in touch over the years and would get together for lunch or a glass of wine when I came to Vancouver. I will miss him. My condolences to Sheila and his family.
