We met more than 40 years ago and you became my girlfriend and friend. Both of us full of promise and youthful optimism. We grew apart without anger or malice and always remained friends. We crossed paths on a number of occasions and rekindled our friendship. Tracey embraced life with a kind warm passion and with a wonderful sense of humor. Oh how you loved to laugh. Tracey and I reconnected again just over a year ago when Avery passed. She loved her daughter and courageously tried to come to terms with her grief. We talked almost every day and she was well on her way to finding new direction and meaning in her life. Tracey was a kind and gentle soul generous in spirit to me, for that I am thankful.I am deeply saddened by her passing but find solace in knowing she is reconnected with daughter. Rest in peace Tracey I miss you.

I was very sad, when I heard about Tracey's passing. I really regret not staying in touch through the years. We (and our children) spent many happy hours at the lake. Tracey's beautiful smile and sense of humour will never be forgotten. You will be missed Tracey.
