Bill was a great guy to work with over the years. His practical jokes at work and his firm but fair way of dealing with our clients was appreciated. Bill also took me Ice fishing a couple times and yes we caught very few but sure had fun doing it at 5AM on a frozen lake. My daughter and Tim Bell use to dig for worms for him when she was 3 yrs old.

My heartfelt condolences to the Greeley family. I worked for many years with Bill at YDC. He was the most caring & funny person to be around. The kids he worked with had a phenomenal mentor. He will be missed by many. R.I.P. Bill With many fond memories from Eileen Palamarchuk

I was very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Bill at the Youth Development Centre between 1977 and 1982. My lasting impression of him is that he was a 'big' man - big heart, big sense of humour, big amount of care and concern for the young offenders in his charge. He always had a kind word, a smile on his face and a practical joke hidden somewhere in his hip pocket. His life and legacy will not soon be forgotten. I am honoured for having had the opportunity to get to know Bill. Bill made a truly valuable contribution to the betterment of our community and the lives of troubled people therein. I extend my sincerest condolences to the family and friends he leaves behind. Rest in peace Bill.
