Eddie (as i've always knwon him though tv) was someone i watched thinking how great of a wrestler he is.
I've only heard, seen, and read things about him though the internet, wrestling radio shows or on TV. i remember reading about a DWI he recieved after just arriving to WWE. i immediately thought (oh no, he just showed up and now he's going to be gone) luckily, he pulled though. hearing about his 4 year run of being sober is truely amazing.
i am not much of a religious man, however, with that, i'm truly honored to say that Mr. Guerrero found it in his soul to continue on and do what was right for his body, his mind, his carrer that he loves so much and his family which he loved more than anything.
eddie was ahead of his time. i'm greatly honored to have witnessed some of his great matches from WCW, and WWF/E (i never knew he was in ECW until the DVD came out, sorry!) when they originally aired.
i'll miss you eddie, may your soul have found peace and happiness and may your family remember you for who you were and what you became to pull though your demons.
