If you meet anyone in her family, you'll know how important she was to them and how proud of her they all are. To her family: I can't express how sorry i am for your loss. My heart goes with you.

Dearest Elizabeth:
You were like a daughter to me and I am so proud of you. I want to thank everyone for being so supportive of you and all our troops fighting to for Freedom for all. You will be missed more than words can ever say - you touched so many lives, and those that you touched were much better off just knowing you. Your whole family will carry you in their hearts forever. We don't know when you will be returned to us, but know that when you do....we will cry, we will laugh and we will remember the good times. Love you, Gram and Grandpa Cos

I would just like to say to all Elizabeth's family I am sorry for your lost. From what I have read Elizabeth was a very much alive person with a good heart. We never know why things happen we just have to know God has an unchanging hand and never gives us more than we can handle. You are in my prayers and I hope you all continue to smile knowing Elizabeth will forever be branded in your hearts.

My sincerist condolences to the family of Airmen 1st Class Elizabeth Jacobson.
I retired from the US Navy in June 2002 after serving my final year with US Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Our group was the first to go to the Middle East in Sept 2001 after the attacks on our country on 9/11. In my 22 years of Naval Service I served in Beiruit, Grenada, Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom.
My cousin Master Sergeant Donald Clark USAF (Moody Air Force Base, GA) is currently serving in Bhagdad and another cousin PFC Barry Briggs US Army is serving with the 101st Airborne and is stationed in Kabul, Afganistan.
My heart goes out to you. Elizabeth will not be forgotten.
