DAVID K. BAKER 11/4/1965 - 7/13/13 David always led his life with a smile. After a long struggle, we are thankful that he has finally found peace. David is preceded in death by mother, Beryl and brother, Phillip. He is survived by three children; Evan, Sarah (Jonathan) and Ian, father Phillip, brother Michael (Lara) nephews Anson and Jaxon and grandson Everett. Services will be held at Sunset Funeral Home West on July 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Casa Vida de Salud in David's memory.
