Christine was a very special friend of mine, and I will miss her terribly. Her death is a wakeup call to all who are not yet ready to meet the Lord and go to heaven should God call them home in the twinkling of an eye as He called dear sweet Christine home for eternity with Him.

I was Shocked, and Deeply Saddened to Read of the Passing of Cyndi Hooten...
I attended Eastwood High School with her Brother Chuck.
While Goofing off with Chuck, I met and feel in Love with Cyndi.
I thought the World of her.
But alas after a time I feel in Love with another, then another.
But as the time went by, and my memories of those years and people have faded, I still remember the few who shaped me into the person I am today.
Cyndi was one of those people, I have been hit with a flood of good memories...
My Sincerest Condolences to her Brother Chuck, Cyndies Family and Friends, my Prayers and Thoughts are with you.
Aloha Cyndi, the Coolest Chick I knew in High School...

Dear Charles & Virginia Sorry to hear of Cindi's death. I know it came when you lease expected it. Cindi was my role model for Rainbow's, for serveral years. It's beautful teachings taugh us that we could do anything we put our mind's to. The world was our for the taken. Cindi has done so much in a limited amount of time and will always be remebered for her hard work and advertures. Cindi leave beautiful stories and memories for her family to charity. May God keep you in his loving arms in your time of need. God will ease the pain as time passes, but never forgotten. love Cherri Mathews Macdonald

Mr. and Mrs. Hooten, we am deeply sorry for your loss. Although I(Eric) knew Cyndi for a relatively brief period, I can never forget her radiant smile. She had a wonderfully bubbly personality and was incredibly charged with life. We are sure she will be missed by many.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hooten,
I am deeply saddened that you have lost your wonderful daughter. As there are no words that can assuage your pain, I am quoting a poem my niece wrote when my mother died.

"This evening as I laid
myself to rest, I dreamed I had awakened. I found the God
that is forever and peace held me in his everlasting arms.

His smile warmed me like the sun. His eyes were a reflection of my soul. His
voice was light and merry like the whispering of a summer breeze.

I hear your cry that says goodbye.
I feel the love of your embrace.

I know that time is just an illusion. I am free."

By Kimberli Curtis

I lit a candle for her as soon
as I found out the terrible
news. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Charles and Virginia,

I did not know your Cynthia. But, I know you. I am so sorry for your loss of Cynthia. Burying a daughter yet so young seems so unjust. I am so filled with sympathy for you both.

Your friend,

David Brigham
