Although I never met Miguel in person, I could feel his positive and calm personality in our wide department briefings over the phone. A good and bright man he was. He will be remembered warmly in my heart.
My heart is breaking for such a loss for all those who knew and loved Miguel, especially his daughter Maria Victoria. I pray for peace and love for all of you through this difficult time.
I met Miguel last year when he came to Tucson to meet the people who reported to him. I remember being touched by Miguel's kind and generous disposition. It was such a shock to hear of Miguel's tragic accident. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
I will prayer several rosaries asking our Mother Mary to grant Peace, Comfort, and Healing to Miguel's family! He is gone from sight, but remains strong in spirit! See you soon, my friend !

I am sorry that I only had the pleasure of knowing (and working with) Miguel for the last six months. I loved his endless energy, passion for life, and positive attitude. He could always make me laugh, even on a difficult day. And his love for Holly and Maria was undeniable. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time.
I was so saddened to know that Mikey has passed away. He emboddied such a lively spirit and zest for adventure. My heart goes out to his parents and siblings. God has embraced this young man and he will have eternal life.

Miguel was one of the stand-outs at the Prep Summer Bridge Program at UCLA. He really was an awesome human being and I remember him clearly even though it was over a decade ago. That's how indelible his personality was...Funny, friendly, smart...RIP, Miguel...My condolences to your young family and your loved ones as well.
