I was very sad to read this in todays paper. Mr Parks always had a smile on his face. He was a great teacher, too! He continued to support Bel Air High School, too. A truly GOOD guy!

My deepest symapthy to the family. Roger was also a great shooter and mentor in the shooting community, I have fond memories of the few matches we competed together in, but he was always a gentleman and true sportsman. RIP

I am sorry hear of your loss! My father and mother were friends of Mr. Parks and spoke very highly of him. My father Don Moilan spoke of Roger many times throughout my life. He was a great educator!
