ROBERT BOHN Obituary

Robert G. Bohn, 83, suddenly passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013. Bob was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 22, 1929. He was raised on a farm in Ohio. He joined the United States Army at the age of 18. He traveled the world and met his wife, Natsuko, in Okinawa. He was stationed in El Paso, Texas, where they made their home. He retired from the Army after 21 years of service. He also worked at, and retired from, Southern Union Gas Company. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Natsuko Bohn; his daughter Linda L. Bohn; and his grandchildren, Gary A. Davis and Jesse Talamas. He was preceded in death by his daughter Nancy Ann Davis. He was a loving husband, caring father and devoted grandfather who always took care of everything. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. Visitation will be held from 8:00-9:30 a.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013, at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army-especially during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
