Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Murach Family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to troops in Afghanistan this week and we'll be dedicating several of these to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and the hometown of Thomas P. Murach US Army Specialist. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you strong.
Sincerely,

There are not enough words to comfort you at this time, but know your son is a hero. I lost my grandson 2 years ago in Khandhar Province. He saved his commanding officer by throwing his body on top. Your son was a hero also. It is hard to think about these young men being killed, but it shows they love America and are willing to serve. God bless you and comfort you at this time.

To the Murach Family, please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one and Hero Thomas, and my sincerest gratitude for his service for our country.
God Bless you Spc. Thomas P. Murach...you will not be forgotten.

I know there are no words to say at this time, except how sorry that I am. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Thomas will never be forgotten.
For you every single soldier
Those who served so honorable
Your life was forever altered
While I'm home safe and free
I stand with grateful admiration
I stand respectful and so proud
I know I'm only a civilian
And I don't even know if it's allowed
But I salute you; allow me the honor
to salute you with permission let me say
Even though I hold no rank know that from my heart
My humble gratitude comes from the deepest part.
I salute you.
For those missing in action;
for those who didn't make it home.
I know you're in God's presence you are not alone.
For every neatly folded flag;
for every shattered family
I will do the only thing I know to dignify your memory.
I salute you, allow me the honor
to salute you with permission let me say
even though I hold no rank know that from my heart
my humble gratitude comes from the deepest part.
I salute you .
I Salute You.

AN AMERICAN SON
An American son has come home today
A soldier of honor.
His war has ended.
His battle is done.
An American son has come home today
A soldier of honor.
His casket is draped
In red, white and blue.
An American son has come home today
A soldier of honor
Escorted by his military peers.
An American son has come home today
A soldier of honor
To lie in fields he roamed
Under a familiar sky.
An American son has come home today
A soldier of honor
To linger in our memory
And live within our love.

Hi
I want to send my sorrows to you and your family. I knew how much he loved his country and his duty. I, as well as so many, are grieving with you. You are not alone. He is an angel sent to heaven and will always be protecting his family as he had pride and courage to do. I know his Aunt Steffanie very well. My heart goes out to her and her extended family. I only hope my words and thoughts can help ease the sorrow we all have even a bit then I know I am helping the best I can for Thomas and his family and friends. I know if Paul was able to send his best to you as well, he would. He is with Henry right now serving with the Navy.
Rest in peace Thomas for you are with the angels you call your brothers who stood behind you as well as you stood behind them. We are proud of you and will always be thinking of you every minute of everyday.
Love always
