So sorry to learn of Mrs. Payton's passing. The Geggie kids will always remember her as a part of their lives! And nobody will ever forget her car! Blessings to the family at your time of sorrow.

I will truly miss our phone calls and purple birthday cards sent on our January birthdays. Helen was a wonderful, caring and supportive friend to me during my years at Geggie Elementary and all the years that followed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I never actually got to meet Helen, but I contacted her after Clarence Payton passed away and she was very helpful to me and my Mom finding Martha Payton who was a relative my Mom had lost touch with. Helen visited with Martha in the nursing home and was very caring. I am sorry to hear she has past. My sympathy to her family.
