Dear Ruthie;
I want to share with you the beautiful funeral you had---how you had such a beautiful marriage and family---and how gracious you always were in sharing your family and the flavor of my home town that I miss.
Whoever wrote your obit really captured you. I'm putting it in my printed collections of e-mails I received from you over the years---sharing your happy events.
You and Bill built a beautiful family.
You two would welcome me when I would come into town, and also hosted the Class Reunions.
I have the Eckelkamp cookbook. I treasure it along with the CD of the Christmas music performed by the Choir. You spent a lot on postage sending me the Family genealogy, and other things like the book memorializing your family that gave you warm fuzzies to read.
You see Ruthie, I will miss you sharing your Joys with me. You always made me feel good.
Now I'll share the sorrow with dear Marion, your BFF, and with Mickey, your baby sister, and all your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
James Street will not be the same with you gone.
You had a beautiful life. God blessed all of us for knowing you.
(I hope I can submit this) Thelma Eckelkamp Kline
