I first met Eric in the late 90's at Officer Candidates School, Quantico Va. We immediately became good friends. Eric was the type of guy everyone liked. He was easy to get along with and was a very down to earth guy. I know that he's in a better place and I think of him often. I had the pleasure of running into Eric all throughout our time in the Marine Corps, OCS, flight school, OIF, and finally TACP school. We would occasionally correspond through email and or phone call to see how each other were doing, I miss this. I had the pleasure of buying him dinner on the vacation he took before his last deployment to OEF. I will always remember him and feel priviledged to have known him in this life. God bless you brother, Semper Fi.
