Audrey Kowalewski Obituary
Audrey E. Kowalewski, age 87, of Erie, passed away Thursday evening, May 8, 2014, at her residence. She was born in Erie, September 19, 1926.
She is survived by her son Richard Kowalewski of Erie, her two daughters Kathleen Clark and her husband Greg of Chestertown, Md., and Mary Roseanne Kowalewski of Bridgeport, Conn., and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Kowalewski, a son Timothy Francis Kowalewski and a brother Jack Griep.
She was a nurse in Bridgeport, Conn., working with children with life threatening illnesses and all types of handicaps. She was a member of St. Casimir R.C. Church. She enjoyed birdwatching and saying prayers while sitting on her front porch. She was a woman of great faith.
Friends may call at St. Casimir R.C. Church Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Erie County Memorial Gardens. The Mark G. Razanauskas Funeral Home, 701 East Ave., Erie, Pa., is handling funeral arrangements.
