Karen Weston is why I graduated from Gannon and continue to be a strong female in law enforcement today. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. While at Gannon she was ALWAYS there for me, teaching me, encouraging me, guiding me, and being a shoulder to lean or cry on. She was more than a professor and advisor. An absolute inspiration to me, she was sharp, tenacious, passionate, smart, and the list goes on and on. I am honored and blessed to have known her.
