I am very sorry to hear of Alex passing. I worked with Alex at Pennsylvania DEP in Conshohocken and Norristown. I knew him to be kind, polite, knowledgeable, reasoned, and very intelligent. He was one of the finest public employees I ever worked with in my 21 years at DEP. May he be with God in heaven.
