Mr. York,
There will not be a day that will go by that I won't think of you and the fun we had. What I told you was true, I thought I went into nursing thinking I was going to change lives, and you made me realize how much the people I take care of change mine, everyday. I'll never forget 'yo babe.' You were such a ladies man. You always had a smile or a song for us. I'll miss you always. It was truly my pleasure to care for you. I love you!
