My condolences on the passing of your father. From reading the obituary, I'm sure Ed will be greatly missed not only by those who knew him from the pistol league, but by the many people his life touched throughout his 84 years. I feel fortunate that I was able to have made his acquaintance.
Uncle Ed- You were Dad's best friend, the brother that Mom never had, and the quiet strength and reinforcer when we were growing up. We have always been fortunate to have a great family environment. My fond memories are always in the present and never in the past. Thank you for helping me be who I am today. To say I have been blessed is an understatement.

I am very saddened by the passing of Ed. I enjoyed his fidelity to the LVPRL and his fine sense of Humor. He was a fine man and good example of the wonderful characteristics of his generation, properly called the "Greatest Generation". My prayers and sympathies go to Chuck and his Family.

The Palmer Township Lions Club has lost one of its founders. Ed is a great example of what passionate and committed Lions do and who they are. A kind hearted gentleman – he will be missed by his family, his Lion family and his community. Our sincere condolences we grieve with you. Eddie was a warm, gentle, kind man. Our family visits with you were always filled with laughter. When things seem overwhelming, I remember the line from the hymn, "O rest beside the weary road and hear the angels sing". Those very angels welcomed Eddie as Jesus held him in His arms again. You are all in my prayers.

Ed will be remembered by many of us who enjoyed doing business with him. How blessed you are for having 62 years together. Our sympathies to you and your family while you hold him dear to your heart and he is now held in the loving arms of Jesus.

Ed is a great Lion, a sincerely dedicated and concerned member of the community. Beyond that he is a wonderful gentleman - the kind they just don't make any more. I am proud to have enjoyed his company. The memories of good times and warm words thoughts will live in my heart when i think of Eddie. He will be missed. God Bless his family they are his universe.
