Anthony W. Tony Cappellini

Anthony W. Tony Cappellini, 81, of Devon House in Allentown, formerly of Dingmans Ferry, Pike County passed away Thursday, December 27, 2012 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born: in Jessup, PA, Tony was the son of the late Anthony and Antoinette Geroulo Cappellini. Personal: Tony was formerly married to the late Therese Deegan Cappellini. Tony served as a Radarman Second Class on the USS Rowan during the Korean War. Tony was the owner of the Cappellini Electrical Service in Allentown prior to retirement. Previously Tony worked for the City of Allentown Police Dept. and was a diver with the water rescue unit. Tony was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and won many awards for training his Weimaraner Hunting Dogs. He was a professional Hunting and Fishing Guide. Memberships: He was a member of St. John Neuman of Dingmans Ferry. Tony was a member of the Allentown Jaycees, and the Allentown Optomist Club. Survivors: Surviving is a son, Anthony W. Cappellini and his spouse, Marina Dadayan of San Jose, CA; daughters, Mary wife of Michael Principato of Easton, and Carmella Cappellini of Allentown; sister, Sylvia wife of James Coombe of Northampton. Tony has two grandchildren, DJ and Samantha. Anthony was predeceased by his daughter, Maria in 1957. Services: A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, 444 N. Jasper St. Allentown, PA 18109. Calling will be from 9 to 9:50 a.m. in the church.
