Jack will be greatly missed by so many. In the short time iv gotten to know him I was so touched, he was such a sweet boy an seeing the strength in him was just so powerful an moving. My thoughts an prayers are with Dan and Becky, Max and Julie. It's so hard to understand gods plan sometimes but I know that Jack is in heaven smiling down on us..a beautiful Angel that god has called early to come home. You will be soo deeply missed Rip Jack<3

Jack, You are my inspiration. I've never known anyone so strong, brave and wise at such a young age. You taught us all about caring and the power of prayer. We are very sorry that your life was taken so soon, but I know that you were well loved and you will always and forever be in our hearts. RIP...run and play, pain free in heaven..We will be with you soon. Becky, Dan, Max and Julie, Take comfort in knowing that you now have a special guardian angel to watch over you. I feel so blessed that God allowed me to be Jack's teacher. He taught me more about life than I could ever teach him! His smile always lit up our third grade classroom. Each day, I watched how he interacted with the other students with admiration. Jack was so quick to help others and loved to giggle with his buddies. He was the picture of strength...even though he had gone through so much, Jack was still kind and humble. My favorite memories of Jack happened on the playground when he would run up out of nowhere and give me a hug. He always knew exactly how to turn anybody's day into a great one. When I had the opportunity to come to Jack's home to teach him, I was able to witness the love his home was filled with. My thoughts and prayers are constantly with your family. Rest in peace, Jack..I know you are winning every race in heaven!

Jack, we always admired your strength. The bright sun this afternoon and bright moon this evening reminds us of your beautiful bright smile! You will live forever in our hearts!
