I was very sad to hear of Joan's death. I knew Joan from school and she was always friendly, thoughtful and full of life. I always remember her great smile, too. I saw her later as a mother when I had her son John in 1st grade. She was a fantastic mother and was so proud of her family. I send my thoughts and sympathy to all of you.

Remembering your great love story today and always.

Our sincere condolences to all the family. I loved Joan like a neighbor, a friend and a mother. We had many good times working in the barn together. She had such a passion for her antiques. I will miss her calls about the neighborhood and her laugh and smiles.
She loved and adored her family and her beliefs. May she Rest In Peace. God bless you all and comfort you during this difficult time. ((Hugs))

Wishing your family peace at this time of deep and personal loss. I'll always remember Joan with love for your joyful spirit and friendly smile. She worked with my mother at the telephone company many years ago. She then babysat for me and my brother sometimes. When she and John became parents, I was old enough to babysit and always enjoyed doing so and being around them. In later years, we would see one another from time to time. It was always a pleasure to be in her company. Joan will be missed by all who knew her. Love, Dottie Magyar
