I am sorry to hear about Jack. He was always very nice to me when I knew his children in high school. He always called me 'Robert' (which really cracked me up) as a kid, and then as an adult. I still have to laugh at his sense of humor. My sympathy to the entire family...
Very sorry to hear of Mr. Brown's passing. I grew up and went to school with his son Ed and lost contact over the years. Our thoughts are with his family during this sad time.
I was saddened to hear about Jack's death. Jack was a Beta Theta Pi fraternity brother at Penn State University. Though I lost touch with him in the 1950s, I remember him well--together with his father, Ed, the manager, and his mother's brothers, with whom at the Athletic Store in State College PA.
My thoughts are with his surviving
Growing up as a youth in Hanover PA, I was friends with Mr. Brown's son Ed and went to high school with him. I fondly remember playing doubles tennis with Mr. Brown and Ed for many years. He was a good man who enjoyed life.
It was my pleasure to work with Jack at Hanover Foods. My best wishes to all.
