I am very saddened to hear about Barry. I don't think there was a classmate or friend as devoted as Barry was. He was always there to help or to listen. My brother Gary was so glad that he helped arrange a reunion before Gary passed. I know he will be missed and I will certainly miss his words of comfort and grace. Rest in peace my friend. Barry was a friend and classmate from K-12 at GCS and for four more years at Alfred University, where he knew both me and my husband, Joe (also an engineer). Barry will always be remembered as a leader and a person of great intelligence, kindness and integrity.

I came to know Barry late in my Career at DOT and it was a privilege. I always admired his dedication and willingness to assist others. A kind and decent person. He will be missed.
