I am so sad to see this. I have been overseas for the last almost 6 years and went on today to see about insuring my new home with Cliff. I can't believe it. So sorry for your loss. He touched the soul of each person he met. Lori

Dear Mary and the whole family, we met Cliff after we were seeking insurance on our newly purchased home in Susquehanna in 1979. Then, it was car insurance and later life insurance when the kids came along. I would bring Beth and Sam with me to the office and Cliff couldn't wait to come get hugs and cuddles, virtually sprinting from his desk. He always had the best people working for us for any of our needs. The relationship was important to us and even when we moved to Lee's Summit, Cliff was still our man. We lost Sam shortly after Cliff and Mary's accident, but I surely didn't expect the tremendous support I still received when you were dealing with your own challenges. I grieve with you and remember his wonderful spirit and joy in life. Till me meet again, good man. ♡

To the family of Cliff,I first met Cliff in 1986 at Pizza Shoppe, that man sure did love his king salad. In 1994 he became my agent when Jim Favrow and I got married, all of us Favrow's considered him more as a friend then an agent. He was a wonderful man and I'm so sorry for your loss.
