Dear Steve and Family, my deepest sympathies to you on the passing of your wonderful Eydie. Being a singer since I was two, I admired her greatly, and was definitely influenced by her awesome voice and style.

I was thrilled to see you, Steve, with Eydie at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT. What a spectacular performance - of music and warm humor! You have both left a great legacy. Be blessed.

I grew up with your music as my parents loved Steve and Eydie. They always had am 880 KIXI turned on via the car radio. I love the songs Happy Holidays and If He Walked Into My Life. I was so sad to hear of your passing. God bless Steve, your son and everyone who knew and loved you. Your voice, and memory, will live on for all time!!

Dear Lawrence and family, I was saddened to read of Eydie's passing. You and She had a big part of my young life. Aside from loving your singing,I remember watching you on different tv shows, I went to school with a boy name Steve Beechy, My Maiden name is Edie Boyd. All through grade school into High School we were in the same homeroom and I always sat behind him alphabetically. Everyone called us Steve and Edie after you two. Her voice will be as well as her smile and wonderful laughter.

Dear Steve and Family,

I was so saddened to learn that Eydie has passed away.

While is it is so sad that she has passed away, we must thank God that she had lived and has brought people all over the world so much joy and entertainment with her most beautiful voice.

I remember you both when I used to watch the Tonight Show with Steve Allen every night when I was in my junior and senior year at High School. My twin sister, Lois, and I used to take a bus from Teaneck, NJ to the Port Authority in New York City and attend the show. We both enjoyed and loved Steve Allen, you, Eydie and Andy Williams. We were so happy and so proud that the three of you became popular singers and entertainers after you left the Tonight Show.

While we were living in New York, my husband and I attended several of your shows in Las Vegas and Atlantic City and we both still enjoy playing your records (now disks) even to this day.

We will always cherish our memories of you and Eydie and we send you and your family our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy on your great loss.

Sincerely,

I'm thinking of you dear Eydie and I miss you. I know you're happy, though, with Jesus, as is your son, who went before you, and in the perfect peace and joy of Heaven, your eternal home. Now, you're a beautiful angel of God singing loving praises in the angel choir, along with all those who live there with you. Oh,if only for a moment, we could hear those awesome songs of praise. For you, the best has come, for us, the best is yet to be. We'll be seeing you someday, sweetie!!:) Love,<3
