My condolences to the family. I grew up listening to her music, she made life that much better with her music, a true "icon" of Americana.

Eydie Gorme and Steve Lawrence were a huge part of our lives.....they were the greatest, and somehow their devotion to each other was a wonderful example to our generation of the 50's & 60's. May Eydei rest in peace.
Martinsville NJ fans.

We were lucky enough to see you and Steve in person at Purdue University. (my boyfriend, now hubby) You sang a song called, "Guess who I saw today." You could have heard a pin drop in that huge auditorium. I've never forgotten it. It was a magic night, and I think you.

So sorry for your loss. I always looked forward to your music and singing with you fell in love with telling stories in song. Her love has not left us, she will always be with you. Heaven is rejoicing and you will rejoin. May our Heavenly Father's love give you comfort until then.
