George used to come into my grandma's coffee shop in Vidor, Texas many, many years ago as a young man. When he would concert tour in SW Louisiana and East Texas, my late uncle, Dennis Berry, would make it a point to visit with him. America has truly lost a country music legend, but George "Possum" Jones will always live in our hearts. "Who's gonna fill (his) shoes?" Thoughts and prayers are with his family. God Bless you in this time of sorrow and loss. Rest assured there will be a happy reunion day.
