BELL, Reginald, of Richmond, departed this life July 25, 2013. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Shalee Bell; his mother, Hattie Bates; father, Joseph Bell Sr.; and one sister, Camilla Cooley. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Bell; two sons, Reginald and Kelcey Bell; six grandchildren, RaHeen, Imani, Deja and Malik Bell, Kelcey Morgan and K'Chaun Bell; six sisters, Sharonette Bell, Dineen Bell, Kendra Bates, Tinisha Bates, Wendy Carter and Marnita Christian; one brother, Joseph Bell Jr.; one aunt, Signora Tyler; two uncles, Robert Moore and Sherman Cotman; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Ebony Bell; his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Kizzie; two sisters-in-law, Vanessa Robinson and Lolita Kizzie; three brothers-in-law, Calvin Kizzie, Darna Carter and Lloyd Christian; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave., where funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. Rev. Louis Collins III officiating. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45 p.m. Thursday.
