Royce Allen, born Oct. 26, 1941, has had a wonderful life with his wife, Carolyn, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We are sad to say that such a loving and special person is no longer with us. After fighting numerous struggles with cancer and other illness he is finally at peace.
