Not sure what to say?

Sincere condolences for your loss.

I have known Sam since I was in nursing school at RHM in 1969. When I would run into him over the years he always remembered me, including just this year. My sympathies to his family. He was a wonderful person.

Sam was one of my best friends in college. We had great fun together and shared a million laughs. He was one of the people I knew I would most miss at graduation. I have thought of him often in the intervening years with great love. My heart and prayers go out to his family

Sam and I were friends for 35 years. He was a mentor to me and helped me throughout my career. I will always be grateful to him for his friendship and advice. He helped many others throughout his life and was loved and respected by so many people. Our loss is heaven's gain. I will miss you Sam.
