Alvin Sabel Obituary
Alvin L. Sabel, 57, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, October 27, 2014 in Fond du Lac. He was born January 12, 1957 in Fond du Lac, the son of Ambrose, Sr. and Marilyn Roen Sabel. Alvin worked at Packer Recycling. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, bonfires and helping the homeless.
He is survived by a daughter, Amber; ten siblings, Karen (Jack) Beesley, Fond du Lac, Hazel (Joe) Marx, Fond du Lac, Ambrose "Buck" (Beatrice) Sabel, Jr., Fond du Lac, David (Joan) Sabel, Green Bay, Darlene (special friend, Randy Orvis) Heffner, Fond du Lac, Jim Sabel, Fond du Lac, Dan (Carol) Sabel, Fond du Lac, Jerry (Kris) Sabel, North Fond du Lac, Terry (Chris) Sabel, Fond du Lac, Debbie (Tony) Palkovich, Fond du Lac; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The Liturgy of the Word service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Deacon Ricardo Munoz officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
