Its so hard to believe you have been gone 8 years. There was still so much to share, I want to pick up the phone and call you, or pick up fish for Friday and we would eat it together, watch football games together, still so much. You went to soon. I miss you daddy.

As the days just keep passing and life just keeps on going, some days are harder than others. Your birthday is coming and all I want to do is spend forever in Hallmark trying to find your perfect card. And then I want to start butting heads with you about the Thanksgiving meal. don't even get me started about Christmas. I know exactly what to get you...why stray from what works. the days lately are getting harder. I love ya Pa

You were my pillar of strength when I needed it. You were strong willed, determined and very stubborn. You were one of a kind, I will miss everything about you, including the things that sometimes irrated me the most, your sarcasam, the fact that you were very seldom wrong about anything, or at least you thought that. I will miss you. I love you daddy, forever
