May God grant all of Ferlin's family peace & comfort during this time of sorrow. I had the honor of shaking hands with him at a concert in Fresno, CA along with Hank Thompson, Little Jimmy Dickens, Rose Maddox, & Jean Shepard. I'm also a Positive & Christian Country Music artist& I always try to pay honor to all of those who paved this road before me & brought the best music on God's green earth to us.

I really love his music, I grew up with him you would say. May Ferlin sing country in Heaven with my daughter Louella.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I had the great pleasure of taking care of Mr. Husky in the late 60's while he was hospitalized and I was his nurse. What a wonderful, kind, amusing and talented man he was. He will truly be missed.
