Alex was a wonderful man, and a terrific friend to my father and family. My deepest condolences and sympathies.

Although I would only see Alex every so often at family events, he always had a twinkle in his eye, and was kind. I also have fond memories of the Book Store as a child. He let my sister and I read as long as we wanted. Very patient.

TANYA OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WITH LOVE AL AND DORIS BOUCHER
May 28, 2014
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of Alex. My great Aunt Agnes enjoyed taking her "children" to the Book Shop most every Saturday and would let us choose a new Barbie outfit, record album or whatever our heart desired from that wonderful shop. I still remember the pretty bags....white background with purple violets. Still a joyful memory. As an adult and even in recent years I would bump into Alex at the grocery store and we would reminisce about my Aunt and the old days. He was such a lovely man and will be remembered with great fondness by my family.
