Rick, Janet and family
I just found out Harry passed away.
My most sincere condolences are with you all.
My deepest condolences go out to Tommy, Ricky, Harry, Jane, Joyce, and the rest of your family. Harry was truly the most fascinating person I've EVER met. I could sit with him for hours and be entertained by his conversation. He would knock on my door with his cane, no matter what time it was, and make a request for a song...usually something from the 1930's, which he knew all the words to! Many times we would dance along the catwalk at Yacht Harbour Landings to these songs. Whenever I played “Zorba the Greek”, he was ready to shuffle. Over the years, Harry taught me enough Greek to get by, and sometimes he came back at me with a few Polish words.
I will miss smelling his cigar and seeing the remains of one lying just about anywhere at the condo. I've even puffed a few with him. I will miss watching him brushing the butter on the baklava while Joyce layered it at Christmas time. These are moments I will cherish forever.
I know the entire condo in North Palm Beach will miss him as he was friends with everyone there. I feel blessed and honored to have met this wonderful man whose impression will last in my heart for eternity.
I know he'll be entertaining all the angels in heaven.
Tomato's Were are the tomatoes? Will miss him spring, summer, fall. To all bless him he was always welcome, and prayers to all for your loss.
