Michelle Tea Shell, I remember...
Jumprope, hopscotch, skating, riding bikes, running thru the sprinkler, sleepovers, playing with paperdolls under our dining room table, icecream at Newtons, walk-in doll house, little wooden swingset, and fun with all of our cousins especially on Christmas nite at Memere and Pepere's house.
I will never forget you.
Love, Catherine DiRusso (Rajotte)
Michelle was my best friend in grade school at St. Cecilia's. I remember her smile, braided pig-tails, and those first sleep-overs...where you packed a suitcase of toys, crafts (even then), and several outfits to choose from. Just a few years later, all you would need is a toothbrush! We went to different High Schools and lost touch...her parents kept us both updated.
To Michelle's husband: Those girlish dreams and late-night whispers featured "the love of your life"--I'm comforted she found you.
To her son: Any brief meeting or update over the years, was all about our children--you'd have thought we didn't have careers or anything else to talk about.
To her parents: I'm so sorry you are traveling this path, may you receive the faith and comfort you have shared with so many...including my own family.
God's Peace be with you this Season,
Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
Michelle you will be missed, but remembered in our hearts.
Michelle, I will always remember your laugh, and your smile. I am so glad to have known you. Pilgrim Church has lost one of her truely inspirational lights. Prayers for Jeff, Eric and Michelle.
