Age 90, of Linden, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 at Caretel Inn, Linden. Funeral services will be 3:30PM Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand
Blanc Twp. Visitation will be 12:00PM Saturday until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Genesee County Humane Society, American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Betty Ann was born October 17, 1922 in Maple Lake, Minnesota the daughter of the late Frank and Lillian (Thompson) Pavlik. She married Joseph John Sebela on January 11, 1941 in Wauseon, Ohio and he preceded her in death on March 27, 2002. Betty Ann was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School and had lived in Linden and Greenbush, Michigan for many years. She enjoyed reading, baking, gardening, sewing and knitting. Betty Ann and her husband loved to deer hunt and made trips to Canada to fish a few times each year. Surviving are her five children, JoAnne Stilley of Grand Blanc, John Sebela and wife, Pamela of Fenton, James Sebela and wife, Nina of Colorado, Jay Sebela of Fenton, Jeffrey Sebela and wife, Janet of Belding, MI; seven grandchildren, Teresa Carmody and husband Dan, Matt Stork and wife, Amanda, Michael Stork and wife, Sonnet, Tim Sebela, Sean Sebela and wife, Shannon, Jennifer Sebela, Janelle Sebela; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Bruce Pavlik and wife, Margaret of Swartz Creek. She was also preceded in death by grandson, Brian Stork; two sisters, Doris Kuzniar and Audrey Eckel. Special appreciation and thanks to the staff of Caretel Inn and Hospice Advantage for their tender and professional care.
