Rest In Heaven Mr. Caswell Thank you very much for being my families principal at Cook Academy.1980-1990's

Mr. Caswell was my principal at Cook School, and treated all us as if we were his own kids. He not only showed us love, but also disciplined us when it was needed. Attending Cook School Elementary was like have your parents with you away from home, which built the foundation that carried over into my adult to this day.
Mr. Caswell was a big reason for that as he was truly a leader and most of just a good human being. Mr. Caswell will be missed.

My sincere condolence to the family and friends of Dave Caswell. I had the privilege of working with him at Cook School for more than 16 years. He was not only my principal, but my mentor and a dear friend. He was a phenomenal administrator, professional in everyway. I will always be grateful for the things he taught me. Most of all he was a caring advocate for students and a very involved community activist. Dave touched so many lives in a positive way that he will never be forgotten.

Mr. Caswell was a very special school principal.I remember each year at Cook Elementary he threw a community Halloween party. He took the time to hand deliver math flash card to my house. He knew each child's name. Never was there like him and never will there be another after him. Bless you Mr. Caswell.
