Debbie was such a kind and wonderful person. I feel honored to have known her. I always looked forward to seeing her and Phil. Even with her own health issues, she stayed positive and was always thinking of others. She was one of a kind and will be missed.

Deb was a true heart: what you saw, was what she was. She gave of herself even in the tough times. She touched a lot of hearts, and made this world better for many. Our condolences to you Phil and all the family.

Sincerely,
Rene and Kathy Bede

I believe I only met Debbie once or twice. I was a soldier stationed in Afghanistan in 2010 and we developed a friendship over email and through her wonderful care packages that she would send my fellow troops and I. She started to send only me packages from a referral at the local VFW hall and had asked if I had any other of my fellow comrades that would want to receive a care package, just because she enjoyed giving that much. I gave her a few names of soldiers that I noticed never received any mail or packages and I saw their faces when they opened their packages from Debbie, She touched so many lives that have fought for our country. I was blessed to know Debbie as a great friend with a servant heart. She absolutely loved our military and as tears pour down my face mourning the loss of Debbie, I feel so honored and blessed to have known such an amazing woman. May she be praising God with the Angels in heaven until God call us all to be together again.
