Melanie,

Zoe and I will always remember your Dad as a great neighbor and friend. We loved it when you were with him, practicing your routines in the driveway of his condo.(in Cortland)
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this saddest of times.
As ever,
Jane and Zoe Viray

Gee Bob I couldn't believe it when I heard of your passing. As always when I'm sitting on my porch and I see a car go by like yours I think of you. It is so hard to believe your gone. Last October.Dan now you. By the way that's a great picture of you smiling. All of us from the Club House will always have you in our HEARTS. REST IN PEACE. OUR DEAR BOB

My memories of Bob and his “Bobisms” remain fondly in my heart. Working just down the hall from him, we constantly shared our grandchildren stories which brought laughter to our daily routines. Bob's laid back humor came out at the best times. His common sense prevailed and his leadership was well respected. I'm sad that his retirement was cut short. I do believe that he has been welcomed in Heaven and continues to watch over his family. PaPa Bob is still at the helm, just in a different light. Melanie, Mike, Karly and Evan, he spoke so highly of you and was so proud. He loved being a Grandpa. May the loving memories you have shared help to ease you through this difficult time.

Bob is a great man, I know he lives on, both in all the people he touched and for all the great things he did. A kinder man, there can not be. I will never forget him, and I know we will see him again.

Bob's welcoming smile, hearty laugh, sense of humor and calm, patient demeanor reduced the stress of even the most challenging work situation. He always put students first and I know how much he loved his grandchildren and family. We'll all miss the friendship and love that he shared with us.

Bob, you were a wonderful boss, mentor and friend. I enjoyed listening to you talk of your grandchildren any chance you had. Now, I find comfort knowing you are enjoying your retirement in Heaven. May God give your family and friends the peace and strength needed.

Bob was a wonderful person. I only dealt with him briefly through Mott, but I remember him fondly. He will be missed.

Bob was a kind person and a pleasure to work with here at MCC. He was missed when he retired and even more so now. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. May you be comforted in knowing others share your sorrow.

Bob, we have had so many laughs and lots of memories! All of the stories about your grand babies, and the look of sheer joy when talking about them were the best! I am going to miss you like crazy and know we will meet again!!! Thank you for your friendship, kindness and love! Love, Jenna

Bob - I have had so much fun being your friend. I am going to miss your stories so much - especially the Poppa Bobba stories. As much as I enjoyed hearing them - I know you enjoyed telling them more. Remember to look for me when it is my turn. My friends are loading me up with Black Velvet, Diet Coke & Cheeto's. I will have them put in a bottle of Absolute in case we end up at the same place. Tons of Love, Darlene.

I love you Uncle Bob. You had such a strong spirit and that will live on through Karly and Evan. We all are going to miss you so much. I really enjoyed our last lunch together just a couple months ago..never knew it would be our last. I will miss you teasing me and calling me Ergo. I am happy to know you are at peace. It comforts me to know that Uncle Wayne, Grandma, and Grandpa are in heaven to welcome you. Until we meet again. Love your one and only Ergo

I feel a warmth around me
like your presence is so near,
And I close my eyes to visualize
your face when you were here,
I endure the times we spent together
and they are locked inside my heart,
For as long as I have those memories
we will never be apart,
Even though we cannot speak no more
my voice is always there,
Because every night before I sleep
I have you in my prayer.
